Locker Pick-up Service Terms and Conditions
a) For any single order with purchase value of HK$300 or above (after discounts or/and using coupons and discount codes), free locker pick-up service will be provided. Otherwise, HK$50 delivery fee will be charged.
b) Locker pick-up service is only applicable for products listed in “Locker Zone” section. If the cart contains products outside “Locker Zone”, locker pick-up service cannot be selected.
c) The total product weight not more than 5KG and total product size not more than (Length 28cm, Width 15.2cm, Height 18.4cm). Otherwise locker pick-up service cannot be selected.
d) Locker order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed.
e) Hong Kong local contact number is required for each delivery order. Otherwise, no proper delivery can be guaranteed.
f) The availability times for access to different Parcel Lockers vary and Customer should check whether the Parcel Locker which they wish to use suits their availability requirements.
g) Parcel will be made available for self-collection by the Consignee at the Parcel Locker selected by the Consignee for a period of 48 hours from the date of the Delivery Notification or such longer period specified in the Delivery Notification.
h) If the Parcel is not collected within the designated period, the Parcel will be returned to the warehouse of Kerry Express and the Shipper shall arrange collection of the Parcel within two (2) days, failing which Kerry Express may at its sole discretion, and without notice and without liability to the Customer or any third party, dispose of the Parcel in any manner it deems fit.
i) While Kerry Express will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Parcel to the Parcel Lockers according to our delivery schedule, time shall not be of the essence in respect of the Parcel Locker Service and Kerry Express shall not be liable to any direct or indirect damages or losses caused by delays in provision of the Parcel Locker Service.
j) If there are any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision and interpretation.
