1. How do I join the "Nestlé Member Rewards" programme?

You are automatically enrolled to the programme once you have registered an account in Nestlé HK eShop (excluding newsletter subscription).

2. How to register a Nestlé HK eShop account?

  1. Click "my account signup" located on the upper right corner of Nestlé HK eShop, then click "create your account".
  2. Fill in the required information.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Activate the account by following the instructions stated in the email.

3. How do I log into my "Nestlé Member Rewards" account?

You may access your account using the registered email address and password. Once logged in, you will have access to the information of the "Nestlé Member Rewards". You may view your point balance, redemption record and redeemed discount codes as well as redeeming new rewards.

4. How do I earn Reward Points?

"Nestlé Member Rewards" applies to all orders on Nestlé HK eShop. Every dollar (HK$) spent on Nestlé HK eShop (excluding discounted values and shipping charge) is equivalent to one Point. Points are distributed upon confirmation of orders.

"Nestlé Member Rewards" also provides various offers for earning Points:

Welcoming Offer:

800 Points will be granted upon successful registration as members*

*If you have made a successful transaction on Nestlé HK eShop on or before 22nd September, 2020 (the date of programme launch) without registering as a member, Points earned from previous orders will be admitted to your account once you have registered.

Birthday Offer:

Members can earn 800 Points by completing one order at least 30 days prior to their Months of Births.

5. How can I redeem my rewards?

A variety of rewards can be redeemed with different amounts of Points in the "Use Points" section in "Nestlé Member Rewards". Equivalent amounts of Points will be deducted from the balance upon successful redemption.

  • Redeeming products: Members can use equivalent amounts of Points to redeem discount codes of specific products on Nestlé HK eShop. To use the redeemed discount code, simply add the product to shopping cart and enter the redeemed discount code at the checkout page. The discount will be applied to the product automatically. Please note that only one discount code can be used in each order. Products are available while stock last. 
  • Redeeming e-vouchers: Members can use equivalent amounts of Points to redeem discount codes of Nestlé HK eShop e-vouchers of different values. To use the redeemed discount code, simply add the e-voucher to shopping cart and enter the redeemed discount code at the checkout page. The discount will be applied to the e-voucher automatically. Please note that only one discount code can be used in each order.

Nestlé Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to update the reward list.

6. Can I review my redeemed discount codes?

Redeemed discount codes can be accessed through "My Rewards" in your "Nestlé Member Rewards" account. You may click on "Apply to Order” to use the discount codes.

7. Will my Points expire?

"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points are effective through January 1st to December 31st every year. Points accumulation will start over in the beginning of next year.

8. Will my Points and order history be updated automatically?

"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points refresh upon confirmation of orders.

9. Can I authorize someone else to redeem and use my rewards?

"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points cannot be transferred to other accounts. However, the redeemed discount codes can be used by other accounts.

10. How are Points calculated in the case of order cancellation?

In the event of order cancellation for any specific reason(s), Points equivalent to the cancelled order will be removed.

11. What should I do if I forgot my password?

You may reset your password by clicking "Forgot password" at the bottom of the Log In page. After filling in your email address, you will receive an email from the system, redirecting you to the procedures of setting up a new password.

12. What should I do if I forgot my registered email address?

13. Can I update my personal information?

You can change your shipping address by logging into your Nestlé HK eShop account. However, changes to other personal information, such as Month of Birth are not allowed.

14. How will my personal data be used?

Your personal data will help us provide you with more customized offers and product promotions. Please note that you will only receive this information if you have chosen to receive any promotional message from us.

15. How is my personal data protected?

Nestlé Hong Kong Limited is committed to safeguarding the privacy of customers in accordance to the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong.
