Self-Collection Service Terms and Conditions
a) Free self-pickup service is available for purchases of HK$300 or more (based on discounted and/or promo code amounts). Otherwise, a HK$50 delivery fee will apply.
b) Self-pickup service is only applicable to products in the "Self-Pickup Zone". If your shopping cart contains products outside the "Self-Pickup Zone", self-pickup service is not available.
c) The total weight and volume of your shopping cart must not exceed the self-
pick up service limits; otherwise, self-pickup service is not available. (SF lockers have a weight limit of 5kg and a volume limit of 45*31*35 cm.)
d) Once a self-pickup order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
e) Each order must include a local Hong Kong contact number. If you choose "Self-PickUp Point" or "SF Locker", you must download the SFHK APP and enable the "Allow Notifications" function to receive and view the "Self-pickup code". Otherwise, proper delivery cannot be guaranteed.
f) Opening hours for self-pickup points/SF lockers vary. Please check the opening hours of each location to ensure they meet your needs.
g) Parcels will be available for self-pickup at the selected self-pickup point/SF locker. Please collect your parcel as soon as possible after receiving the pickup code. Failure to collect within the standard storage time may incur a service fee.
h) Overdue Service Fee
Self-Pickup at SF Express Branches or Stations: If a customer chooses to pick up a parcel at an SF Express branch or station but fails to collect it within the first two days* after the parcel arrives at the selected address and is successfully placed in the locker, SF Express Hong Kong will charge a HK$10 "SF Express Benefit" service fee* for each subsequent day. The fee will accumulate on a daily basis.
*Days are calculated from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
For parcels picked up at SF lockers: If a customer chooses an SF locker and is unable to pick up their parcel within the first 24 hours after successful delivery by the courier, SF Express Hong Kong will charge a HK$10 "SF Express Rebate" service fee every 24 hours thereafter. The fee will accumulate on a 24-hour basis.
i) While Kerry Express will make reasonable efforts to deliver parcels to self-pickup points/lockers according to our delivery schedule, time is not a substantial requirement for self-pickup point/locker pickup. Kerry Express is not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by delays in self-pickup point/locker pickup. If the destination self-pickup point/locker is full on the day of delivery, the delivery person may place the parcel at the nearest available self-pickup point/locker.
j) In case of any dispute, Nestlé reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
