1. How do I join the "Nestlé Member Rewards" programme?
You are automatically enrolled to the programme once you have registered an account in Nestlé HK eShop (regardless of whether to subscribe newsletter or not).
2. How to register a Nestlé HK eShop account?
1. Click "my account login/signup" located on the upper right corner of Nestlé HK eShop, then click "create your account".
2. Fill in the required information.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Activate the account by following the instructions stated in the email.
3. How do I log into my "Nestlé Member Rewards" account?
You may access your account using the registered email address and password. Once logged in, you will have access to the information of the "Nestlé Member Rewards". You may view your point balance, redeemed points, redemption record and redeemed discount codes.
4. How do I earn Reward Points?
"Nestlé Member Rewards" applies to all orders on Nestlé HK eShop. Every dollar (HK$) (which amount is after discounts and/or using coupons and discount codes, but including delivery fee) spent on Nestlé HK eShop is equivalent to one Point. Points are distributed upon the ready delivery of the orders.
"Nestlé Member Rewards" also provides various offers for earning Points:
Receive a HK$50 discount code within 5 working days of successful registration as Nestlé HK eShop member (discount code will be sent via email). To receive your discount code by email, please ensure that the account has been created with "I wish to receive direct marketing information including but not limited to special offers, discounts or promotional communications about Nestlé HK eShop." ticked, or enter your email subscription in the lower right hand corner of the Nestlé HK eShop home page.
5. Why didn't I receive the $50 welcome discount code?

6. How can I redeem my rewards?
A variety of rewards can be redeemed with different amounts of Points in the "My orders" section in "Nestlé Member Rewards". Equivalent amounts of Points will be deducted from the balance upon successful redemption.
· Redeeming products: Members can use equivalent amounts of Points to redeem discount codes of specific products on Nestlé HK eShop. To use the redeemed discount code, simply add the product you wish to redeem from the "Select Reward" section to the shopping cart and enter the redeemed discount code at the checkout page. The discount will be applied to the product automatically. Please note that only one discount code can be used in each order. Products are available while stocks last.

7. Can I review my redeemed discount codes?
Redeemed discount codes can be accessed through "My orders" in "Nestlé Member Rewards" page. You can also click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your cart first and copy the offer code to use the offer.
8. Will my Points expire?
"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points are valid for 365 days from the day after the order is fulfilled and is ready for delivery.
9. Will my Points and order history be updated automatically?
"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points refresh upon order is ready for delivery.
10. Can I authorize someone else to redeem and use my rewards?
"Nestlé Member Rewards" Points and redeemed discount codes cannot be transferred to other accounts. To redeem rewards and use the redeemed coupon code, you must be logged into your member account.
11. How are Points calculated in the case of order cancellation?
In the event of part or entire order cancellation due to damaged goods or other specific reason(s) with our consent, Points equivalent to the cancelled order will be removed.
12. What should I do if I forgot my password?
You may reset your password by clicking "Forgot password" at the bottom of the Log In page. After filling in your email address, you will receive an email from the system, redirecting you to the procedures of setting up a new password.
13. What should I do if I forgot my registered email address?

14. Can I update my personal information?
You can change your shipping address by logging into your Nestlé HK eShop account. However, changes to other personal information, such as Month of Birth are not allowed.

16. How is my personal data protected?

"Nestlé Member Rewards" programme is divided into Normal, Bloom, Prime and Royal, with each tier having its own benefits.
18. How do I upgrade my membership tier of "Nestlé Member Rewards" programme?
You can upgrade to certain membership tier after spending a specified amount within one year:
- Upgrade to Bloom Member with a cumulative purchase of HK$800
- Upgrade to Prime Member with a cumulative spending of HK$2,000
- Upgrade to Royal Member with a cumulative purchase of HK$4,000
19. How long is the validity period of my "Nestlé Member Rewards" membership? What should I do when it expires?
The "Nestlé Member Rewards" membership expiration date is 365 days from the day after upgrade. After the expiration date, the member will stay at the same tier or be moved to the other tier according to the accumulated spending amount within the past 365 days.
20. What can I do with my old "Nestlé Member Rewards" programme points?
The old Nestlé member rewards programme points will be automatically transferred to the new Nestle Membership Rewards program account on April 28, 2022.
