Method 1: Add oats into a bowl, add boiling water or hot milk (1/2 cup^), and stir for 90 seconds.
Method 2: Add oats into a bowl, add warm water (1/2 cup^), microwave for 90 seconds, stir and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Step 1: Add oats into a bowll, add 1/3 cup of cold milk, cover and refrigerate overnight^.
