CHEF™ Thick Veal Stock is easy to use, dissolves instantly and helps bring depth of beefy flavour to any dish.

It is suitable for preparing meat curing, sauces soups, risottos and other dishes.

Recommended method of use:
Dissolve 60g of CHEF™ Thick Veal Stock in 1L of hot or cold water and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until dissolved.
